Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a quick and convenient return process.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not damaged in any way
- Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all orders. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hammerhead-grappling-wear.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return your product.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the form of payment used will automatically be returned to your bank account within 1-2 business days. However, it's important to note that delays with your bank account or other external sources may cause delays.
- Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.
- No Final Sale Items: All items are eligible for return. We do not sell final sale items, ensuring you can shop with confidence knowing that your purchase can always be returned.
