At Hammerhead Grappling Wear, we're committed to providing our community of grapplers with not only the highest quality Jiu Jitsu rash guards but also the most efficient and transparent shipping process. Below you'll find detailed information regarding our shipping policies and procedures. Please take a moment to review this policy to understand how and when your Hammerhead Grappling Wear products will be shipped.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods or sales, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days.
- However, it should be noted that some products are shipped from a 3rd party. These products may take longer than usual to process
Shipping Options and Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, but orders should arrive within 7-21 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
- Some products sent by 3rd party delivery services may take longer to ship than what is stated above, but we will do our best to send you your products on time
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders above $100 (applicable in the United States of America).
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier's website.
International Shipments
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by their country. Hammerhead Grappling Wear is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@hammerhead-grappling-wear.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it involves replacing the item or processing a refund.
Delays during shipment
- We are not accountable for external circumstances that could delay the arrival of your order. Things such as intense weather, national holidays, or issues with the post office could cause delays. We’ll do all we can to get you your order as fast as possible, but some circumstances can impact our ability to do so. If your item(s) are lost or damaged in shipment, see our “lost or damaged items” section.
Changes to Your Order
- If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to modify the order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
